Receptionist rude and unhelpful. Humiliated my husband when trying to hand in a stool sample and very indiscreet when discussing this with queue of people behind. Need training in customer service and human relations.

I have had to have regular appointments with the nurses for the last 2 months and they have all been fantastic. They are kind and caring. The receptionists are all lovely and kind.
